After embarking on a silver jewellery course, I became particularly
interested in experimenting with silver wire.

I soon discovered that combining wire with the traditional skill
of crochet produced interesting and pleasing results so with the encouragement of my tutor, I decided to develop this skill further.
After selling some of my pieces at a College Exhibition, I realized
that there was an opportunity to develop my designs and set up
my own business which is something I had always wanted to do.
I soon discovered that there was a niche in the market for
unusual jewellery.
I now sell my work in galleries, traditional craft shows and fairs
and increasingly on commission. |

I have received very positive feedback from my customers and
I hope to continue to develop my designs using an old traditional skill
to create new innovative designs.
