This listing is for TWO dozen violet and/or grape cascarones (confetti eggs) for spring celebrations. You can choose all grape, all violet, or a combination of the 2. These would be so pretty in a delicate Easter basket.
Spring is here is south Texas. The flowers in this picture are from a Texas laurel tree in my backyard. This tree blooms for about 2-3 weeks in early spring. The flower clusters smell like grape Kool-Aid.
Follow these steps to surprise your friends and family with a cascaron shower:
1. Hide the egg behind your back.
2. Approach unsuspecting friend.
3. Lift your hand about 2 inches above their head. Crush the cascaron in your hand, letting the confetti and eggshell cascade over their head.
4. Rub the eggshell and confetti on their head.
Warning: you can't crack just one! Once you start, it is hard to stop!
